Ownership of user-provided content remains with the relevant rights holder. Using ImgTextly does not automatically transfer ownership of uploaded images or extracted text to ImgTextly.

To the extent needed to operate the requested functionality, you grant ImgTextly a limited permission to process submitted content for the purpose of providing the service. The final terms must accurately reflect the service's actual processing, storage, sharing, and retention practices. ImgTextly does not claim ownership of your uploaded content through these terms.

OCR Accuracy and Results

OCR technology can help identify text within images, but recognition results may not always be complete or accurate. Results may be affected by image resolution, text clarity, lighting, contrast, font style, distortion, handwriting, complex document layouts, and language or character characteristics.

You should review extracted text before relying on it. OCR output should not be treated as independently verified information. For legal, financial, medical, academic, or other important uses, compare recognized text with the original source and obtain appropriate professional review where necessary.

Free, Premium, and Custom Plans

Current published pricing information is available on the Pricing page. Plan availability and any purchase arrangement must clearly explain what is included before a user is charged.

These terms do not create or imply usage limits, credits, storage allowances, seats, plan-specific features, or other entitlements that have not been confirmed.

Payments and Billing

Any applicable payment obligations must be clearly communicated before a paid service is purchased. Before publication of final purchase terms, ImgTextly must verify and disclose accepted payment methods, payment processing arrangements, billing dates, tax treatment, failed-payment handling, price-change notices, billing management options, and whether any subscription renews automatically.

These Terms & Conditions do not state that Premium subscriptions automatically renew, identify a payment processor, or imply that the Contact page is a checkout process.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation arrangements for paid plans must be based on ImgTextly's actual business policy and applicable consumer rights. No refund period, money-back guarantee, no-refunds rule, cancellation process, or prorated-refund arrangement is created by this draft.
